You might not guess at first hand but this is actually a Thaï place!  Lanna Café, echoing to a former Thaï Kingdom, “Kingdom of a Million Rice fields”, has nothing to do with rice but actually specializes in tartares made from either beef, duck or the fish of the day (19€).
